TEOAE energy distribution takes the average energy of the normal hearing persons as 0 dB, and 5% percentage at single side as the 95% normal value range. TEOAE energy distribution represents the energy loss and is convenient for the comparison to the pure tone audiogram.

Results All cases were operated successfully. 78 cases ( 132 ears) were followed up with 7~ 12 months. These cases hearing were improved significantly, pure tone threshold average was 21.6 dB and audibility threshold elevated 28 dB averagely.

结果所有置管均一次完成，术后7～12个月复查78例（132耳），疗效显著，纯音测听平均为21.6dB，听阈平均提高28dB。
